  Would never use this place again. Put a pair of boots in for re-heeling and re-sole, which I felt didn't need doing in the first place but anyway I took their advice. Took two months to get them back after I had to keep returning them because the new sole kept peeling away. No refund offered only an offer of dry cleaning. I did not take the offer up, why would I when I had received such poor service before?
